The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Seasonal Collection Peon on 01.08.1997 and the seniority list so published, the name of the writ petitioner found place at serial no. 17 from the office of the District Magistrate. It is also the case of the writ petitioner that he was accorded permanency in the year 2007 and he superannuated on 30.04.2025 but the claim of the writ petitioner for old pension scheme has not been considered. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fourth respondent, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karvi, District Chitrakoot. 4.
