Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner who was working as Amin, retired on 10.03.1971 and he expired on 05.02.1989 and the mother of the writ petitioner also expired on 30.03.2024, however, the writ petition is 60% handicapped. He seeks family pension. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Collector/District Magistrate, Banda. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Collector/District
