It is also the case of the writ petitioner that the writ petitioner is entitled to the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 whereas the writ petitioner has been paid Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to rely upon an order passed in Writ-A No. 20255 of 2021 decided on 04.07.2023. 3.
