Heard Sri Ghan Shyam Maurya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable and against him, a Criminal Case no.363 of 2016 under Sections 223, and 224 IPC came to be lodged. The writ petitioner applied for V.R.S. and he voluntarily retired on 30.11.2024, but he has not been paid pension, gratuity and other retiral dues. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.3 by 22.01.2026, who on the said motion
