Heard Sri Anup Shukla (AoR A/A 1553/2022) holding brief of Sri Devansh Misra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Arvind kumar Goswami, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that this Court may not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition particularly when the order impugned dated 20.12.2025 has been passed at Amethi does not clothe this Court in territorial jurisdiction. 3. The said fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 4. Accordingly, in view of the law laid down by this Court in Rajendra Kumar Mishra Vs. Union of India (2005) 1 UPLBEC 108.
