Heard Sri Rang Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Sri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that already the writ petitioner submitted a complaint and he participated in the Court Marshal proceedings so the writ petitioner participated and to take all legal and factual grounds which shall be considered. 3. To such a submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection and he gracefully accepts the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties without delving any further in the matter, the writ petition is being disposed off.
