The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner was selected as peon and he was accorded appointment on 26.031998, however, his appointment was cancelled on 29.01.1999 which was subject matter of challenge in Writ-A No. 5972 of 1999, the interim order was passed thereafter on 16.04.2004, the writ petition came to be disposed of, the husband of the writ petitioner expired on 09.03.2025, however, the writ petitioner is not being paid the retiral dues including GPF, insurance, gratuity and pension as well as family pension. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
