The case of the writ petitioner is that the wife of the writ petitioner late Nirmal Dhuriya was appointed as Chief Female Supervisor on 31.03.1995, however, she expired and there are certain medical bills which need to be reimbursed and issue relatable to 2nd & 3rd APC, GPF link insurance shall also be considered as well as the insurance claim. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Director, Child Development Service Pushtahar, U.P. at Lucknow. 5.
