Heard Sri Sudhakar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Fisheries Inspector on 14.10.1997 and promoted as Senior Fisheries Inspector on 06.04.2006 and he took charge as Assistant Director on 13.06.2022 and the writ petitioner has taken voluntary retirement on 23.09.2024, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid the GPF, amount alongwith 12% interest of delay payment of gratuity amount as well as other retiral dues. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
