Heard Sri Rajesh Maurya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A joint statement has been made by learned counsel for the parties that they do not propose to file any affidavit and the petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. With the consent of the parties, the petition be decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioners is that they are qualified doctors from different colleges/universities and experienced from different private hospitals and dispensaries. The Mission Director, National Health Mission, U.P. issued a notification on 28.10.2024 regarding authorization of districts for recruitment process of Ayush doctors on contractual posts through document verification process and interviews.
