The case of the writ petitioners is that they are qualified doctors from different colleges/universities and experienced from different private hospitals and dispensaries. The Mission Director, National Health Mission, U.P. issued a notification on 28.10.2024 regarding authorization of districts for recruitment process of Ayush doctors on contractual posts through document verification process and interviews.
