Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner's father Krishna Murari Lal who was working on the post of SDM, superannuated in the year 2015 and expired on 11.05.2016 and the mother also expired on 15.01.2018 and the writ petitioner happens to be the unmarried daughter. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the family pension. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Additional Land Reform Commissioner (Account), Board of Revenue U.P.
