The case of the writ petitioner is that is that she happens to be a woman constable working in Ghazipur since February 2015, she had preferred Writ- A No. 18122 of 2025 seeking transfer from Ghazipur to Meerut or Hapur. The representation so preferred by the writ petitioner came to be rejected on 08.01.2026 by the Inspector General of Police (Establishment) U.P. at Lucknow. 4.
