The case of the writ petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is that the writ petitioner no.1 (since deceased) was appointed as a Clerk, who superannuated on 31.07.2023 and expired on 19.06.2025 and the writ petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are real unmarried brother and sister of the writ petitioner no.1. 3.
