Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Hari Narayan Singh for the Gram Panchayat. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she had applied for recruitment on the post of Asha, however, she has not been accorded appointment order and joining. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for issuing of the appointment order. 4. Learned Additional CSC and the counsel for the Gram Panchayat submits that a communication has been made by the Block Development Officer, Kayamganj, Farrukhabad to the Secretary, Gram Panchayat. Thus, a direction be issued to the authorities to consider the claim of the writ petitioner. 5. Considering the submission of the rival parties, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the Gram Panchayat Siwara Mukut, Vikas Khand Kay
