Though the present writ petition has been preferred for mandamus to issue appointment order but Sri S.K. Pal, DSGI has produced the instructions before this Court to which the candidature of the writ petitioner has been cancelled on 13.12.2025. 3. Confronted with the said situation, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to challenge the said order while filing another petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the writ petitioner to file another petition challenging the order dated 13.12.2025. 5.
