The case of the writ petitioner is that he was initially appointed as Junior Engineer on 22.08.1990 and promoted as Assistant Engineer on 22.08.2008 and further promoted as Executive Engineer on 30.06.2022. According to the writ petitioner, there is an error in the pay-fixation of the writ petitioner. It is also the case of the writ petitioner that the writ petitioner superannuated on 31.12.2022. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to correct the pay- scale. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 5.
