The case of the writ petitioner is that he was engaged as a Seasonal Collection Peon on 17.05.1994 in the seniority list his name found place at serial no. 32. According to writ petitioner, he is entitled to be for absorption as Collection Peon and the writ petitioner also possesses EWS Certificate, and he is to be considered in EWS quota. 3.
