Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Prince Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that this Court may not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition particularly when the authorities against whom relief has been sought are stationed in New Delhi and Maharashtra. 3. The said fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 4. Accordingly, in view of the law laid down by this Court in Rajendra Kumar Mishra Vs. Union of India (2005) 1 UPLBEC 108. Interference is declined, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the writ petitioner to approach the Court have territorial jurisdiction over the matter. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
