The case of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner had participated in pursuance of the advertisement no. 3 of 2016 for the post of Village Development Officer but he was not called in the interview. However, according to the writ petitioner, those incumbents who were not called for interview have preferred Writ-A No. 14181 of 2018 and the said writ petitions were dismissed on 27.06.2018 and an intra court appeal came to disposed of on 29.04.2019 being Special Appeal No. 1165 of 2018.
