The present Appeal is directed against the Judgment and Order dated 31/08/2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Goregaon (East), Mumbai in Sessions Case No. 305/2018, whereby the Appellant was convicted for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 302 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and also fine of Rs.10,000/- in default of payment of fine, to suffer one year rigorous imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC.
