This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 03.12.2013 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the „Tribunal‟) in O.A. 1020/2012, titled Ved Pal Singh v. Union of India & Anr., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the said O.A. filed by the respondent no.1 herein with the following directions: “23. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, we allow this OA. Consequently, we quash and set aside the impugned order dated 29.11.2011, charge sheet dated 13.12.2002, Inquiry Officer's report dated 29.11.2005.
