This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India lays the challenge to the order dated 12.07.2023 (‘impugned order’) passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (‘Tribunal’, for short) in O.A. 1039/2019 titled Ex. SGT Mahesh Kumar Dudeja v. Union of 2. The facts to be noted are that the respondent, who was an employee in Indian Air Force was found to be suffering from Primary Hypertension, Diabetes and Obesity. The respondent was released from service on 28.12.2016 under clause
