The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for the purpose of the appointment of an Arbitrator. 2. The said petition is premised on the basis of an agreement that existed between the Petitioner herein and Anush Finlease and 20142. 3.
