The present petition has been filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of proceedings arising out of FIR No. 536/2019 registered at Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar for offences under Sections 406/498A/34 along with all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2. Aforesaid FIR was registered on the basis of complaint made by the respondent No.2 Ms. Kavita Devi who got married to petitioner No.1 on 15.06.2013 as per Hindu rites and rituals. Admittedly, there is one baby girl born from the abovesaid marriage. 3.
