The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, seeking quashing of proceedings arising out of FIR No. 0796/2023 dated 19.12.2023, registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S: Narela, along with all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2. As per the material placed on record, marriage took place between Mr. Sunil (petitioner No.1) and Ms. Jyoti (respondent No.2) on 27.06.2020 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. 3. As per allegations appearing in FIR, respondent No.2/ complainant was subjected to cruelty by the petitioners, resulting in registration of abovesaid FIR. 4. Chargesheet has already been filed which is directed against four accused persons/ petitioners herein i.e. Husband, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law. 5.
