These appeals are filed with a prayer to set aside the judgment and order dated 20.9.2006 passed by Hon’ble Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 3495 (SS) of 1998 (Onkar Nath and others Vs. State Bank of India) and Writ Petition No. 1544 (SS) of 1999 (Upendra Kumar and others Vs. State Bank of India and others) and allow the writ petition with costs throughout. 2 SPLA No. 899 of 2006 2. On 8.12.2025, this Court has passed the following order:- 1. Prima facie all the appellants appear to have crossed the age limit of at least 55 years. Question is what relief, assuming that we are satisfied on merits, can be granted to them at this stage. 2. Subject to aforesaid, learned counsel for
