This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated 27.11.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ C No.11448 of 2025; Smt. Sheela vs. State of U.P. and ors. 3. The facts of the case in brief are that office of the Pradhan in Gram Panchayat Sultanpur Block Hargaon Tehsil and District Sultanpur fell vacant. Consequently, the appellant herein was given officiating charge under Section 12 J of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947.
