This is an appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 challenging the judgment and order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the writ court in Writ A No.6986 of 2025; Ritik Prajapati vs. State of U.P. & ors. 3. The appellant herein had participated in a selection for the post of Constable (Civil Police), recruitment process for which was initiated in 2025. He was subjected to medical examinations at Unnao on 29.04.2025 and on 19.05.2025 at Lucknow. The appellant was found unfit on the ground of 'Flat Feet', therefore, he was not allowed to join at Jhansi.
