Application for condonation of delay 1. There is a delay of only four days in filing the appeal. Counsel for the opposite parties do not have any objections to its condonation. We are also satisfied with the explanation offered, therefore, we condone the delay in filing the appeal. 2. The application is allowed. Order on Appeal 3. The writ petition as is evident from reading of the impugned order was filed with a delay of more than four years since passing of the order impugned, which is dated 18.11.2021. 4. The petition was filed in 2025. The writ petition did not contain any pleadings explaining the delay and laches aforesaid, therefore, the writ court dismissed the same on the said ground. 5. We do not find any error in the impugned judgment. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. . (Abdhesh Kumar Chaudhary,J.
