The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 654/2022 dated 21.12.2022, registered at Police Station Najafgarh, Delhi for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 03.12.2019 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. 3. The FIR in question was registered against the husband and father-in-law of Ms. Shikha (respondent No.2 herein). Chargesheet has already been filed.
