The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 566/2023 dated 22.09.2023, registered at Police Station Kalindi Kunj, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 was solemnized on 13.12.2021, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. 3. It is submitted that on account of some misunderstanding, respondent No.2 reported the matter to the Police which resulted in registration of the abovesaid FIR. 4. It is further submitted that all the grievances have been amicably settled before the Principal Counsellor Family Court, Saket, Delhi on 29.08.2024 and the parties have been living together w.e.f 15.10.2024. 5.
