All the petitioners seek quashing of FIR.No.0155/2019 under Sections 308/341/323/34 IPC P.S. Karawal Nagar. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by respondent No.2-Mr. Praveen Kumar and on the basis of the order passed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. 3. Initially, the chargesheet was directed against six accused persons but four accused persons were, reportedly, discharged and the trial is presently going on with respect to the two accused persons i.e. both the petitioners herein, who have been charged for offences under Section 308, 323, 341 and 34 IPC. 4. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties and respondent No. 2, who is present in Court, and reiterates the terms of settlement as recorded in MoU dated 17.12.2025.
