The present Appeal has been preferred under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “CPC”),inter alia, assailing the Order dated 12th November, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”) and seeking the following reliefs: “i) Set-aside the impugned order dated 12.11.2025 passed by the Ld. Single Judge in C.S. (O.S.) No.411 of 2022 titled as "Savitri Sharma & Another Vs. Bhagwani Devi (Since Deceased) & Others"; (ii) Decree the Suit being C.S. (O.S.) No.411 of 2022 titled as "Savitri Sharma & Another Vs.
