The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 223/2025 registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas for commission of offences under Sections 69/351(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Sections 506/34 Indian Penal Code), along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. According to petitioner no. 1, FIR in question was got registered by respondent no. 2 on account of some misunderstanding and since such misunderstanding has already been amicably resolved and they both have entered into wedlock, respondent no. 2 is no longer willing to pursue her complaint. 3.
