Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No.00154/2021 dated 06.01.2021, registered at P.S. Welcome, under Sections 498A and 406, IPC, along with consequential proceedings, based on compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Petitioner No. 1-Rizwan got married to respondent NO. 2-Soni @ Salmani on 31.03.2010, as per Muslim rites and ceremonies. On 16.09.2019, respondent No. 2 filed a complaint before DCP, North-West District, Seelampur, Delhi for registration of FIR against the Petitioners. Pursuant to such complaint, the abovesaid FIR was registered. The chargesheet had, reportedly, been filed. 3.
