This appeal is directed against an ad interim order dated 14 October 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in IA 25576/2025. 2. Mr. J. With consent of parties, instead of our entering into this dispute at the stage when it is still ad interim before the learned Single Judge, it would be appropriate to request the learned Single Judge to take up the matter and decide IA 25576/2025 on a date to be fixed by the Court. 4.
