The Appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 30.4.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Goregaon, Mumbai in Sessions Case No.12/2011. There were in all nine accused in this case. During pendency of the trial, the original accused No.4 and the original accused No.9 passed away. Therefore, the trial was abated as far as they were concerned. The Appellant was the original accused No.2. The accused Nos.5 to 8 were acquitted from all the charges. The other three accused, including the present Appellant, were convicted.
