Crime Branch, New Delhi under Sections 420/406 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR has been registered on the basis of the complaint made by Mr. Prateek Bhuria (respondent No.2 herein). 3. Copy of FIR has also been annexed with the present petition, which also reveals that the FIR has been registered at his behest. 4.
