The petitioner by this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays that the order dated 22/05/2018 passed by the respondent no.1 be quashed and set aside by which recovery was ordered stating that the petitioner was wrongly given the benefit of Time Bound Promotion Scale (‘TBPS’, for short) 1 Ingale 903-wp-1099-19.odt earlier than the date otherwise due.
