Gulabi Bagh, Delhi, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 06.02.2013 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. However, due to certain temperamental differences and incompatible behavior and conduct, the parties started living separately w.e.f. 2017. 3. Fact, however, remains that on the basis of the complaint made by respondent No.2, the abovesaid FIR was registered on 15.11.2022. 4. Chargesheet has already been filed and two of accused are mentioned in column No.12. 5. Charges have yet not been framed.
