Heard learned cousnel for the petitioners, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for respondent No.4, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr.Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for Land Management Committee. 3. The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to remove illegal encroachment by the respondents over Arazi No.198/119 situated in Village- Mishroliya, Ghanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar and also take necessary action against the respondents." 4.
