On being confronted, as to whether the earlier petitioner, who had filed a writ petition bearing Wrti-C No. 11041 of 1995 namely Ramawati was the mother-in-law of the petitioner, who has filed this PIL as informed by Ms. Akansha Dubey, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner sought instruction telephonically from his client and then requested the Court to dismiss the PIL as withdrawn, as in fact she is the mother-in-law of the petitioner. 2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. No PIL on the subject shall be filed by the petitioner as he has a personal interest interlinked with his relationship with his mother-in-law, who has a direct personal interest in respect of the gata in question i.e. Gata No. 276. .
