According to learned Standing Counsel a decision was taken to construct the Aaganwadi Kendra on gata no. 483 as part of gata no. 236 was allotted to father of petitioner no. 4 for plantation of trees. These are matters purely within the domain of authorities. Moreover none is present for the petitioners. Therefore we have no reason to interfere in the matter.
