His son applied under the relevant Government Order which entitled him to be considered for grant of license. His application was rejected. He filed an appeal wherein the matter was remanded back. Consequently, a fresh order has been passed granting the license for running the fair price shop to the son of the "Koteydar" aforesaid. Alleging violation of reservation quota this P.I.L. has been filed. The petitioner is a ration card holder and attached to the same fair price shop. He is also brother of the Gram Pradhan as informed by Sri Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 7, though the petitioner's counsel feigned ignorance.
