There are allegation against descendants (opposite party nos.5 and 6) of Vishambhar Nath who is stated to have been Sarvarakar of the temple, of having acted beyond the Will/ Sankarlpnama executed by Late Prayag Dutt Pathak by virtue of which he was appointed as Sarvarakar of Sri Thakur Ji Ram Janki Mandir situated at Village- Pathak Patti, Ramgarhi, Tehsil-Mahasi, District-Bahraich. 3. These are not the matters to be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner may avail other remedies as prescribed in law. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
