The present writ petition, in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), has been filed with the following relief :- i. Issue a Writ in nature of mandamus directing thereby the respondent No. 03 to remove the illegal encroachment from the encroachers/respondents No. 05 and 06, over the public utility land land Gata No. 553 admeasuring area 0.610 hectare (Pond), and Gata No. 554 admeasuring area 0.1340 hectare (Khalihan) in Village Nathaipur Kunwar, Pargana- Sadullahnagar, Tehsil-Utraula, Distt.- Balrampur.
