Issue a Writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2- Transport Commissioner, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and Respondent No. 3-Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, to ensure strict and uniform enforcement of Rule 50, Rule 124, and Rule 126 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, read with the Motor Vehicles
