Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that though the petitioner claims to have filed objections to the tentative voter list but none has been received by the election authorities. Election Commission has not even been impleaded as an opposite party though District Election Officer, Bahraich has been impleaded. He also informs that time for filing objections and their disposal is from 07.01.2026 to 20.02.2026. 3. In view of the above, we dispose of this petition with the observation that if any person is aggrieved by the impugned voter list, he can file objections before the competent authority which shall be considered as per law.
