By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties no.2 to 5 for removal of encroachments made upon the land bearing arazi Nno.2708, measuring 0.164 hectare, 2709 measuring 0.086 hectare, 2711 measuring 0.0226 hectare, 2712 measuring 0.046 hectare situated in Village Walipur, Post Jhingur, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh, which is recorded as banjar. 3.
