Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents not to convert the nature of the land being the Gata Nos.1581 admeasuring Area 0.016 hectare and Arasi Gata No. 1583 admeasuring Area 0.0290 hectare situated at Village Birari, Tehsil Bharthana, District Etawah and may remain it as composite pits and not to raise any construction over there; ii.Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025 within stipulated a span of time so framed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
